Pedro Neto (Wolverhampton), João Félix (Chelsea), Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (Leicester), Filip Jørgensen (Villarreal), Omari Kellyman (Aston Villa), Aaron Anselmino (Boca Juniors), Renato Veiga (FC Basel), Caleb Wiley (Atlanta), Marc Guiu (FC Barcelona) and even Tosin Adarabioyo (Fulham). This summer again, Chelsea recruited in all directions and did not hesitate to take out the checkbook, spending just under 300 million euros to attract all these great people to Stamford Bridge.

It must be said that the Blues, after several disappointing seasons, are launching a new cycle with Enzo Maresca on the bench. And as is usual when a new coach arrives, there is a small revolution at stake. Except that, in the case of Chelsea, who started their season with a win and a loss in the Premier League, the first team squad has around forty players. Unmanageable therefore, as the Italian coach has already made known, who wants to work with a smaller squad. Especially since the Blues still want to recruit, with the name of Victor Osimhen (Naples) coming up incessantly.

A deal that interests everyone

Some players are therefore pushed towards the door, like Raheem Sterling, pushed aside and put in a loft. And as the media indicates The Telegraphrather seriously, the Blues could use their winger to bring in one of the players coveted by the management. An exchange could thus be proposed to Manchester United for Jadon Sancho. Sterling would head to Old Trafford, while Jadon Sancho would land in London.

The media outlet nevertheless specifies that currently, the Juventus option seems the most realistic for Sancho, while the Turinese and the Mancunians would be close to agreeing on a loan with an option to buy. The British newspaper adds that in the event that the Red Devils are not interested in Sterling, Ben Chilwell could also be offered in an exchange. To be continued…
