Chelsea and Arsenal are keen on signing the Napoli striker Victor Osimhen at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old Nigerian international has been linked with a move away from Italy and clubs like Paris Saint-Germain are keen on the player as well.
A report from TeamTalk claims that the striker is keen on a move to the Premier League and he would prefer to join Chelsea. Apparently, the striker wants to emulate the success of African players in the Premier League and Chelsea are using the connections with Didier Drogba and John Obi Mikel to convince the player.
Chelsea need to solve their goalscoring problems if they want to win major trophies and Osimhen would be a quality acquisition. He has established himself as one of the best strikers in European football. He has a quality to transform the Blues in the final third.
Osimhen helped Napoli win the league title last season and he scored 31 goals across all competitions.
Meanwhile, Arsenal need to bring in an upgrade on Gabriel Jesus as well. The Brazilian international has been quite underwhelming this season and the Gunners need a reliable goalscorer.

Osimhen will want to compete at the highest level and therefore Chelsea must look to secure European football in order to convince him.
