Many Chelsea fans have been hoping for the Special One’s return to their team’s bench in recent weeks. But according to The Daily Mail, the operation is unlikely to be carried out. The British newspaper claims that José Mourinho’s clan has not heard of any interest from Chelsea. He even thinks that the Blues do not want his return. The club also tells the British press that it does not want to part ways with its coach Mauricio Pochettino.

Even in the event that their adventure were to end, Chelsea would opt for a coach other than José Mourinho. Always according to The Daily Mail, the Blues would be more interested in profiles such as Ruben Amorim from Sporting CP or Roberto De Zerbi from Brighton. After his ouster from Roma, José Mourinho will have to look elsewhere to bounce back on a bench in the coming months.
