After a mixed first season at Racing Club de Lens, with 12 goals and four assists in 36 games in all competitions, Elye Wahi could already be looking elsewhere. Like last summer, the former Montpellier striker is being tracked by Chelsea, according to The Team. Despite their plethora of centre-forwards (Jackson, Nkunku, Broja, Fofana…), the Blues would like to further strengthen their position.

A second club, whose identity has not been revealed, has reportedly come to inquire about the international hopeful (11 caps). However, the Artois club does not want to part with him for the moment. The speech of Will Still, the new Lens coach, will surely count in Wahi’s decision.
