Chelsea wonderkid Kendry Paez has reportedly been spotted breaking the law as video footage appeared to show the 16-year-old partying with friends in a nightclub.
The Ecuador international is regarded as one of the most exciting young players in world football, having been tracked by a number of big clubs before eventually agreeing a deal to join Chelsea when he turns 18.
Paez, however, needs to keep his head screwed on as we’ve seen so many promising careers go down the drain due to poor behaviour and attitude.
Chelsea may be concerned to learn that the Ecuadorian Football Association are now investigating Paez over alleged footage of him in a nightclub despite being under age.

According to the Mirror, “As per Article 16 of the FEF’s Code of Ethics (published March 2024) any offences that are committed while representing the Ecuador national team will be punished with a minimum fine of $1000 (£790), while those responsible could also be prohibited from carrying out activities related to football for a maximum period of two years.
“The Code is applicable to officials, players, civil servants and technical staff who ‘must take into account the effect that their conduct may have on the reputation of the FEF’.”
