EXCLUSIVE: Talent management company Night is going shopping.
The company, which is backed by Chernin Entertainment, has acquired Bottle Rocket Management, another talent form that represents digital content creators.
Night, which formerly represented MrBeast and now reps the likes of Kai Cenat and The CostCo Guys, will now taken on Bottle Rocket’s client roster, which includes 40 prominent YouTube creators.
These include tech and gaming expert Austin Evans, JerryRigEverything and UrAvgConsumer, who recently collaborated with Mark Zuckerberg, and BroScienceLife, who has worked with Dwayne Johnson on a scripted series.
The company was founded by Chas Lacaillade in 2015.
It is Night’s latest acquisition, having previously bought Austin-based talent management company LFM Management last year.
“My team and I are looking forward to joining Night,” said Lacaillade. “We’re excited to deliver even larger and more exciting opportunities to our current clients, while continuing to sign some of the most respected creators pushing boundaries across digital formats today.”
“We can’t wait to welcome Chas and team into the fold. Acquiring Bottle Rocket isn’t simply about expanding our portfolio, but uniting our teams who share a commitment to innovation and creativity,” added Reed Duchscher, CEO and Founder of Night.
