Torrey DeVitto and Jared LaPine found their happily ever after and married over the weekend! According to People, The 40-year-old actress tied the knot with the director of short films such as Welcome Home and The One That Likes You during a small ceremony with friends and family before going to a barn for the couple’s reception. Jared shared photos of the wedding via Instagram! Torrey is known for her roles in shows such as The Vampire Diaries and Chicago Med, as well as being a popular Hallmark movie star. The two were introduced by Torrey’s cousin and had only been dating for six months when Jared popped the question last Labor Day. Torrey even posted a few photos on Instagram detailing their engagement, “On a weekday while walking the back trails at the farm, still in my PJs and goat boots, he got down on one knee, in what I hoped wasn’t poison ivy, and asked for forever. My answer was obvious. ❤️🔒” Before Jared, Torrey had been linked to other famous faces such as The Vampire Diaries co-star, Paul Wesley whom she was married to for two years before they divorced. She also dated Blue Bloods‘ Will Estes and previous Dancing With the Stars pro, Artem Chigvintsev. On May 19, the actress and director announced that they were expecting their first baby in November 2024. Jared even joked a bit via his social media announcement, “Welp, here’s to hoping she gets her mother’s genes 😎.”
