Fans of Chicago Med are in for a huge surprise when the Season 10 fall finale airs on November 20! After the most recent episode of the hit NBC series, a preview of what is to come set up the unexpected return of an original member of the cast. It marks the fist time that they’ll appear again on the show in six seasons! Keep reading to find out more… The character in question is Dr. Sarah Reese, played by Rachel DiPillo! If you forgot, Sarah made her debut as a main character during the show’s first season. She maintained the status through the next two seasons but only had a guest role in the fourth season before her departure. Sarah worked as the former psych resident for Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt). However, their relationship ended on tense terms. In a teaser for the new episode, Dr. Charles appears shocked by Sarah’s surprise return.
