The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 general elections, Peter Obi has felicitated with Afrobeat star, Davido and his wife, Chioma Rowland, on their wedding day.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that today is the traditional wedding ceremony of Davido and his long-time lover, Chioma.
The ceremony is taking place in an exclusive location in Lagos.
Joining the host of other celebrities and well-meaning Nigerians to celebrate the couple, the former Anambra State governor via the microblogging platform, X formerly Twitter prayed for God’s blessings upon Davido and Chioma.
He wrote: “On behalf of my family, I most sincerely congratulate @davido and Chioma today as they begin their matrimonial journey with their traditional marriage ceremony. #CHIVIDO2024
May God Almighty who has brought them together and this far continue to guide, bless, and prosper their union, and may their love for each other be the foundation on which they build their life together. Amen!”
