Chris Brown Said THIS About His ‘Residuals’ Challenge

Breezy first released the track nearly a year ago, on April 10, 2024, as part of the deluxe version of his ’11:11 album.’ However, the video for the popular track dropped this year on January 23. To date, it has over 35 million views on YouTube.

Taking to Instagram Stories on Wednesday (March 12), Chris Brown opened up about seeing how his supporters have embraced his song’s challenge.

“I just wanna take this time to show my thanks and love for everyone who is doing the ‘Residuals’ challenge. I’m glad it’s giving people the opportunity to be seen and heard. Real R&B isn’t dead, and I thank you for showing me that,” Brown wrote.

Breezy Confirms Upcoming Tour Again

Gratitude isn’t the only thing Chris Brown shared, though! He also admitted to fans that he had peeped their questions about tour dates in his comment section. Well, it looks like fans might be getting their wish! “N***A THEY COMING,” he wrote in the same post, adding a laughing emoticon.

Note that this isn’t the first time he’s revealed the upcoming tour. He first teased it in August 2024, per Captial XTRA, during the second-to-last show of his ’11:11′ tour across the U.S. and Europe. He reportedly ended that show by saying, “See you next year.”

His daughters, Royalty and Lovely, were reportedly by his side during the announcement. This year marks 25 years since Brown first rocked the R&B scene in 2005 with songs like ‘Run It,’ and ‘Yo (Excuse Me Miss). Chris Brown has yet to comment on what fans can expect on his next tour, but the possibility of a career rundown appears strong!

Social Media Went WILD With Reactions To R. Kelly’s Challenge Lyrics

Producer Rodney L. East first shared Kelly’s version on social media.  The singer’s tweak of the lyrics had social media users divided with reactions–though most acknowledged that the convicted felon can still hit every note.
