Anya Taylor Joy and Chris Hemsworth are continuing their 2024 Cannes Film Festival press! The Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga co-stars attended a photo call for the film on Thursday (May 16) at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. They were joined by director George Miller, co-star Tom Burke, and producer Doug Mitchell as they posed for photos together. In a new interview, George explained why Anya only has 30 lines of dialogue in the whole movie, despite being the title character. Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga premieres in theaters on May 24, 2024! Here’s a synopsis: As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe.
