Chris Jericho is focusing more on his work on AEW Dynamite and Collision.

On the May 31 episode of AEW Rampage, FTW Champion Chris Jericho announced that he was stepping down from his role as a commentator on AEW Rampage. He stated that he would be spending more time on AEW Dynamite and AEW Collision with multiple segments every week.

Jericho has been a commentator on AEW Rampage throughout the show’s run dating back to its premiere in 2021. During his occasional absences, Matt Menard and others have filled in for him. Menard substituted for him on the May 31 episode of AEW Rampage.

At AEW Double or Nothing, Jericho defeated HOOK and Katsuyori Shibata to retain the FTW Championship after Bryan Keith interfered.
