Chris Jericho is heading back to Hollywood to film another movie.

All Elite Wrestling’s Chris Jericho is teaming up with author and filmmaker Jay Bonansinga on the upcoming psychological thriller Self Storage.

According to Variety, the film will be based on Bonansinga’s 2016 novel of the same name and will follow the story of “a heroin-addicted father and his son who accidentally lock themselves inside a self-storage unit. Surviving will depend on a battle with demons both real and manufactured by drug withdrawal.”

The film will star Lew Temple (The Walking Dead), who will play the father, John Fitzgerald. Bonansinga will be directing the film from a screenplay that he also wrote. As for Jericho, he’ll be executive producing the film under his Babyface Assassin Productions banner alongside Bonansinga and Jeff Siegel.

Jericho will also appear in the movie in a “key supporting role,” according to Variety, although it’s unknown exactly what his role will be. Prior to this, Jericho has had appearances in several other high-profile films, including 2022’s Terrifier 2. His production company is also behind the upcoming documentary The Death Tour.

It’s currently unknown if this upcoming movie will interfere with his schedule with All Elite Wrestling.
