Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson have already been engaged for six years — amid reports they are ready to tie the knot, Hollywood insiders tell Page Six.

The Coldplay rocker and the “50 Shades of Grey” star — who share a $14.4 million beachfront home in Malibu — are now set to wed, according to the Mirror.

But pals told us that they’ve actually been betrothed for some time, despite a few rocky moments and brief splits.

Johnson, 34, first sparked engagement rumors back in 2020 when she was photographed with a dazzling emerald ring on her left ring finger.

We hear that it is an engagement ring — but that the star doesn’t wear it all the time.

She wore it to celebrate her 34th birthday with Martin at romantic eatery Pace in LA in October, and was last spotted sporting the gem in November in NYC when she was honored by the Hope for Depression Research Foundation.

However, she didn’t wear it while hosting “Saturday Night Live” in January, attending the after party at Zuma in NYC — without Martin. She was joined by her mom and dad, Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson and former step-dad Antonio Banderas.

Insiders also said revealed the famous couple has actually broken up and gotten back together during this time, but that they’ve remained engaged. They’ve been linked since 2017, but they briefly split in 2019.

A source had told UK outlet the Mirror of the couple, “They are in no rush to plan the wedding but are just enjoying making their commitment official.”

But it’s still unclear if they’re tying the knot anytime soon in their very long engagement.

The couple also reportedly has the approval of Martin’s ex, Gwyneth Paltrow — who last October said she is “good friends” with the “Madame Web” star and described her as “an adorable, wonderful person.”

Johnson just raved about being a stepmother figure to Martin and Paltrow’s kids in an interview with Bustle this week.

“I love those kids like my life depends on it. With all my heart,” she said, referring to the exes’ teen children, Apple, 19, and son, Moses, 17.

At another point in the piece, Johnson touched upon her friendship with Paltrow, 51, and noted that she believes her chosen family is “equally as important, if not more,” than family related by blood.

She also revealed she is “open” to having kids of her own.

Paltrow has given Johnson her seal of approval.

“I’ve gotten to this place where I really want to experience everything that life has to offer,” the “50 Shades of Grey” actress explained.

Martin, 47, was married to Paltrow for 11 years before announcing their famous “conscious uncoupling” in 2014. Their divorce was finalized in 2016. Johnson has never been married.
