Chrissy Teigen jokingly threatened to leave her husband, John Legend, for participating in a viral Instagram trend with his 1-year-old daughter, Esti.

In Wednesday’s post, Legend wrote that he recorded an “entire album” for Esti so that she “won’t be impressed” by someone’s “son playing a G chord on guitar.”

The viral “no dusty sons” trend, which was first created to teach sons how to be better partners in future relationships, has evolved into including children on lavish outings and experiences so they will not be impressed by someone doing the bare minimum.

In the video, posted Wednesday, Legend said he wrote an “entire album” for his daughter so that she “won’t be impressed” by someone’s “son playing a G chord on guitar.” John Legend/Instagram “u really did this trend oh my god. Teigen quipped in the comments of Legend’s post, “u really did this trend oh my god. I’m leaving.”

The mother of four, 38, even went as far as to joke that Legend could have “custody” of their four kids: Luna, 8, Miles, 6, Esti and Wren, both 1.

In the sweet clip, the proud dad — who released a children’s album, “My Favorite Dream,” last week inspired by his children and Teigen — held baby Esti while raising an eyebrow at the camera.

“Dad mode activated,” Legend, 45, captioned the reel.

Fans immediately took to the comments to share their delight over the famous singer participating in the trend.

“When your dad is literally John Legend,” one fan responded to the video.

Another chimed in, “Dusty sons need not apply. Well played, sir.”

Others responded directly to Teigen’s comment, praising the mom for poking fun at her husband.

“hahahaha you’re freakin awesome!! Such a fun wife and mama,” a fan penned, while a separate admirer came to Legend’s defense.

“no this was too good for him not to do,” they joked, along with several laughing emojis.

Just last week, Legend showed off being a proud father by sharing photos of his new tattoos that featured his wife and children’s names.

“My first tattoo was ‘chrissylunamiles’ in a subtle heart-monitor-like cursive on my right arm to honor my growing family,” he wrote in the caption. “So I asked @winterstone to come back and mirror it with the new babies.”

The fresh ink reads “chrissyestiwren” on his left arm and honors his spouse along with their two youngest children.
