Christian Oliver’s estate is up in the air as the late “Indiana Jones” actor died in a plane crash without a will in place.
Court documents obtained by Page Six show Oliver, whose real name is Christian Klepser, left behind a $1.08 million estate.
Now his mother, Ursula Klepser, and father, Gerhard Klepser, are nominating a man named Konstantin Richter to be the administrator of their son’s estate.
In addition to his parents, Oliver was survived by his sister, Alexandra Klepser.
Tragically, Oliver’s two daughters, Annik, 12, and Madita, 10, died with him in the Jan. 4 crash, so his other family members will likely inherit his estate.

The “Speed Racer” actor was 51. The pilot and the owner of the plane, Robert Sachs, also died in the heartbreaking incident.
Oliver had just posted about his family getaway on Instagram on New Year’s Day.
As Oliver and his ex-wife were divorced at the time of his death, his parents have requested a man named Konstantin Richter become the administrator of the estate. The “Cobra 11” star, who doubled as a real estate agent, was born in Celle, Germany, and raised in Frankfurt. He moved to the United States at the age of 21 to pursue a career in modeling and acting.
