Christie Brinkley’s tour of her picturesque $30 million Hamptons, NY, mansion has resurfaced online.
Caleb Simpson — known for asking strangers on the street how much they pay rent and then getting a tour of their place — reposted a clip via TikTok giving an inside look into the supermodel’s home.
The influencer, 33, commented in the clip that Brinkley’s castle was “giving fairytale vibes,” to which she responded, “Like a little storybook.”
Brinkley bought the 11-bedroom Tower Hill estate in Bridgehampton in 1998 and has lived there since.
Christie Brinkley gave a tour of her $30 million Hamptons, NY, mansion to influencer Caleb Simpson. The supermodel purchased the 20-plus acre estate in 1998.“I’ve lived here for 24 years. It’s the longest I’ve ever lived anyplace in my life,” the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model said in the tour video, which was first published in October 2023.
However, Brinkley has put the house up for sale before. Page Six reported that she was thinking of selling the estate in 2014 for $30 million because the market was “hot” at the time.
The Post then exclusively reported in 2016 that the supermodel listed the property for $29.5 million.
Brinkely shared she planted citrus trees in her East Coast home to remind her of California. The supermodel also has chickens and animals all over the estate. It includes personal touches like a “photo album room.”However, Brinkley told Simpson that although the idea of giving up her estate has crossed her mind “occasionally” and she’s thought, “‘Oh, maybe I’ll sell it and just, like, live on a sailboat or something,” her children have stopped her from doing so.
“The kids are like, ‘No, mom. We grew up here. This is our home, you can’t,'” she explained. “As a result, the kids really are always here. I love it for that.”
Brinkley kicked off her tour by showcasing her “extraordinary” grounds, which spans 20-plus acres.
Brinkley has said she’s thought of selling the home but hasn’t because of her kids. The mom of three said her children have told her, “‘No, mom. We grew up here. This is our home, you can’t.'” “As a result, the kids really are always here. I love it for that,” Brinkley said during her tour. The “Timeless Beauty” author also planted “magnificent citrus trees” to remind her of her home state of California.
Brinkley’s ex-husband Peter Cook — whom she was married to 1996 to 2008 and share a daughter, Sailor Brinkley-Cook — reportedly designed the estate, as he is an architect.
However, the warm home has several personal touches that the resonates with the blond beauty like a fireplace adorned with stones and seashells, a kitchen dubbed the “restaurant” and a photo album room.
She also has her children’s art displayed on a wall that leads up a staircase, noting it’s a “family tradition.”

Brinkley gushed during the tour that British engineer and colonist Lion Gardiner, who founded the first English settlement in New York, built the house with a tower to “keep an eye on their island.”
She added that the “view is incredible” from inside the fairytale-like tower.
When Brinkley finally made her way to the top of the “extraordinary” castle, Simpson’s cameraman joked, “This makes you like the self-proclaimed queen of the Hamptons,” to which she joked, “Kind of.”
