Christine Quinn is painting a dire picture of the alleged abuse she has experienced within the confines of her California mansion due to her husband, Christian Richard, in a bombshell restraining order filing.

According to court docs exclusively obtained by Page Six Wednesday, the “Selling Sunset” alum alleges the real estate businessman suffers from serious mental health issues, including bipolar, mania and schizophrenia, claiming it all came to a head on March 18 — the day before his domestic violence arrest.

Quinn, 35, claims in the filing that on the day of their dispute, she expressed “dissatisfaction” with their relationship, including his alleged “lack of financial contribution” and “lack of effort” to be a “true partner.”

The reality star claims at this point her husband became enraged, yelling at her and throwing floral arrangements that she had around the house.

“He narrowly missed hitting me with one of the metal rods, but I was struck by one of boxes he threw,” she further claims.

“He then opened a can of Red Bull and threw that across the room as well, making more of a mess … and returned a short time later, and threw dog feces at me, which he pulled out of the trash.”

Quinn then alleges Richard “pulled out his penis and began to urinate on the floor,” claiming the “rampage went on for some time.”

“After he collected and threw multiple heavy floral arrangements at me over the course of approximately half an hour, he then retrieved and opened a can of Dr. Pepper and proceeded to pour it all over the bed and the floor, all the while shouting and yelling abuse,” she further claims.

Quinn alleges she did not immediately call the police out of fear, claiming Richard “could then seriously injure or kill [her] before the police were able to get through the gate.”

The former Netflix star claims to have video of the alleged incident, as she took out her phone to record it, which allegedly caused Richard to leave the room.

“I then locked him out, and our son and I spent the night in the master bedroom,” she notes in her filing, adding, “I could hear him continuing to shout and yell, and could hear him smashing and breaking things through the house.”

Quinn recalls feeling “terrified” for her and her son’s safety and says she made plans to leave the marital home the next day.

On March 19, she claims she snuck the nanny in to care for her and Richard’s 2-year-old son, Christian Georges, while she cleaned around the house as she “normally” does.

Quinn claims she and Richard began to argue about the mess he allegedly made the night prior during their argument, at which point she was sitting next to their son on the floor, gathering laundry.

“While I was working, I heard, and felt the rush of air from an object hurtling towards me and our son. The next instant I heard what sounded like glass breaking,” she alleges.

Quinn claims she “saw broken glass in our son’s hair and on the floor,” adding, “After a few seconds our son burst into tears and began screaming. I was concerned about his health and safety.”

The realtor says she told the nanny to call the police while her toddler continued to bawl.

“I went back upstairs to the master bedroom and confronted him,” Quinn claims.

“I asked him why he would do something like that, why he would throw something at me and our son, and told him that no one can help him if he doesn’t talk to someone to get help for his anger and mental health issues.”

Police arrested Richard shortly after. Page Six broke the news that police arrived at Quinn’s residence at around 2 p.m. local time on March 19 after responding to a call of a domestic dispute.

“The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim but hit the victim’s child, causing injury,” the public information officer told us at the time.

Page Six has reached out to Richard’s lawyer for comment.
