NJPW‘s Clark Connors shocked the STARDOM fans in Korakuen Hall when he laid waste to the Wonder of Stardom Champion Natsupoi.
Natsupoi led the Cosmic Angels unit against H.A.T.E. in a 4-on-4 Elimination Tag. The match served as a precursor to her Wonder of Stardom title defense against Thekla at the upcoming Nagoya Golden Fight show this Saturday, October 5.
As Natsupoi set her attention to Thekla, Bullet Club member Clark Connors entered the ring. Clark then sent Natsupoi flying with a devastating spear after she wondered why Thekla was gesturing to look behind her.
Clark Connors seemingly makes his partnership with Thekla official in-ring. After the attack, Thekla showed her true colors. She made her intentions clear to seek revenge against Natsupoi for her betrayal of Donna Del Mondo a few years back. An emotional Natsupoi then left the ring area following the aftermath.
Thekla previously promised Natsupoi a fair fight without interference from her H.A.T.E. faction members. Despite this, the “Idol Killer” found a way to gain an advantage over the Wonder of Stardom champion days before their title bout.
NJPW and STARDOM currently have an upcoming co-promoted show Historic X-over II set for November 17. It is possible that Clark Connors’ appearance on this STARDOM show is the start to the event’s card build up. STARDOM’s English account also teased that this may not be the last time War Dogs and H.A.T.E. share a ring.
