AC Milan are considering a January loan offer for Barcelona defender Clément Lenglet.

FC Barcelona are reportedly exploring their options on Lenglet at the start of 2024 due to his lack of match experience during his loan spell at Aston Villa. The France international has played a reduced role at Villa Park with just four Premier League starts since the start of the season.

Milan comes to the news for Lenglet

FC Barcelona are ready to send him on loan elsewhere for the second half of the 2023/24 season. According to information from Diario Sport, AC Milan have made Lenglet their number one target to strengthen the Rossoneri defense in the coming weeks.

The Milan club are, however, aware that the operation has several parts, with Villa and Barcelona having to agree on the terms of the deal before things change. Lenglet has seen his status improve at Villa in recent weeks, but the 28-year-old could be open to a move if he is offered a bigger role elsewhere.
