CM Punk was seen alongside two famous friends at a Chicago Blackhawks game.
The WWE Superstar recently appeared on Raw, alongside Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre. He was announced to be on commentary for the pair’s match at WrestleMania, as he can’t compete himself due to injury.
However, this has not stopped him from enjoying himself out of the ring. CM Punk was recently spotted at a Chicago Blackhawks NHL match, and he was not alone. The former WWE and AEW Champion was joined by fellow WWE Superstar Jey Uso.
Jey Uso is set to wrestle his brother Jimmy at WrestleMania, but found some time to join Punk for a hockey game.
The pair were also joined by TV presenter Jackie Redmond. She previously interviewed Punk on “The Jackie Redmond Show” for the NHL, and the pair are also friends in real life.
The trio appeared together on the big screen at last nights match against the Calgary Flames. Chicago picked up a 3-1 victory, and the CHGO Blackhawks Twitter account posted the trios sat together during the match.
CM Punk Wants The Greatest Comeback Of All Time
CM Punk was recently interviewed by ESPN’s Megan Olivi at the UFC 298 post-show event. He spoke about his recent injuries, and how he wants his latest comeback to be the greatest in history.
“Well, I take a lot of inspirations from a lot of UFC fighters. And tonight we saw Illia Topuria, who very much put into the world that he was going to be undefeated and become champion. So, when I say my comeback will be the greatest of all time, I’m doing that for the explicit purpose of putting my money where my mouth is. I’m saying it. I am letting everybody know. And I have to live up to that.
“I won’t come short of anything but the greatest comeback of all time. So to me, right now it’s mental, it’s about doing the PT, and doing the work, and listening to the doctors and all the important people that know way more than I do. And letting this thing heal, before I can start pushing it. But, once I can start pushing it, full steam ahead. It’s exciting being my age, back in the WWE. And being able to not only prove people wrong, but prove myself right. And I’m gonna have fun doing it and it’s going to be the best comeback of all time,”
