CM Punk shares his thoughts on being unable to compete at WWE Elimination Chamber.
Following his return to WWE, CM Punk was advertised for WWE Elimination Chamber. However, he suffered a torn triceps during the Men’s Royal Rumble match. He has been sidelined ever since, so Punk was forced to miss WWE Elimination Chamber.
CM Punk took to Instagram on February 24 and noted that he had a rough day because he was unable to be in Perth. He made it clear that he wished that he was performing there. Punk told everyone to enjoy the show, and he said he appreciated the fans.
“Had a rough day mentally today,” CM Punk wrote. “My heart and spirit are in Perth. Just a hard day staying positive and nobody wishes I was there performing for the fans more than me. Enjoy the show, appreciate you all.”
CM Punk recently provided an update on the timeline for his return. Check out his comments here.
