CM Punk Is Restructuring His WWE Deal

The voice of the voiceless is using his voice. According to a report from WrestlePurists, CM Punk is currently in the process of restructuring his current deal with WWE. It is currently believed that he is under a 3-year contract.

Ibou noted the following during a recap of Raw from this week:

“I can tell you right now that he is in the process of trying to get his deal restructured from a money and years standpoint. Punk’s legitimate stance right now is, ‘If all goes well, I will never leave.’ That’s his legitimate standpoint. He wants to be here forever is the actual word he used. Basically, he wants this to work out. He wants to get paid, and then he wants when it’s time to slow it down, to slow it down and just run NXT.”

It sounds like Punk wants to stay in WWE, and WWE should do everything that they can to keep Punk. He is one of the biggest stars, perhaps one of the biggest stars of all time, and there is a clear chemistry now that AAA is running the company. I do not doubt that they will come to terms on a new deal, which will allow him to remain with the company for the rest of his career.
