Roman Reigns and CM Punk aren’t too thrilled to be working together, but Paul Heyman made a last ditch plea to the pair to see eye-to-eye ahead of their WarGames Match this weekend.

During tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown, a vignette played that showed Heyman, Reigns, and Punk all seated. In it, Heyman implored both men to trust one another, even for just one night. Speaking to Roman, Heyman said that if they don’t accept Punk’s help, then everything they’ve worked to build is all but over.

As for Punk, Heyman said that if he chooses not to help, then once Solo Sikoa and the new Bloodline are through with Roman and The Usos, they’ll turn to him next. If they stand together, however, the group will be able to “survive” at best.

Punk then said that he and Roman don’t have to like each other, and Reigns doesn’t have to like his attitude. However, Punk said he’s there for Paul, and wants revenge against Solo for what they did to his longtime friend.

After the WarGames match is over, Punk said, the two could revisit their dislike of each other. Reigns and Punk then agreed to one single moment of working together. For Punk, though, there was also “one favor” on the line. Reigns questioned it, and Punk said that it wasn’t Roman who would owe him a favor, but Heyman, who he called the pair’s wiseman.

After Punk got up and left, Roman asked Heyman what the favor that Punk wanted was. Heyman wouldn’t answer, though, and instead said they would have “all the time in the world” to discuss it if they got through Survivor Series.
