CNN Sets Debut Date For Eva Longoria’s “Searching For Spain”

CNN will premiere the latest in its Searching For franchise on April 27 with the debut of Eva Longoria: Searching for Spain.

The travel and cultural series will include jaunts to San Sebastián, Barcelona, Madrid, Andalusia, Galicia, Asturias and Marbella, where she has a new home. Each week’s episode will air at 9 p.m. ET.

The CNN Original Series follows other Searching For series, including Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy and Eva Longoria: Searching for Mexico.

In a statement, Longoria said, “Spain’s rich culture, passionate people and bold and diverse cuisines have captivated me as long as I can remember, especially knowing that one of my Mexican-American ancestors has deep roots in this remarkable country.”

Executive producers for Searching for Spain are Eva Longoria, Cris Abrego, Rachelle Mendez, and Shauna Minoprio for Hyphenate Media Group. Amy Entelis and Lyle Gamm are the executive producers for CNN Original Series. Banijay Rights is handling international distribution of the series.
