Coach Zlatan! Ibrahimovic will coach a very big club

The whole world is waiting to find out who will be the next AC Milan coach, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic having hinted he would be in the mix.

The Rossoneri legend, who retired in the summer of 2023, is currently an advisor to the RedBird ownership group at San Siro. He has given no indication of his future as a coach, with the Swede enjoying his life behind the scenes for now.

Milan have parted ways with Serie A winner Stefano Pioli, leaving a place to be taken on the bench. Several candidates have been mentioned for this position, but Ibrahimovic has shown that he could fit the bill.

Zlatan is ready

The 42-year-old, who enjoyed two spells at San Siro as a player, posted a photo on social media of himself sitting on Milan’s bench after the club’s final match of the 2023-24 season, accompanied by from the legend “4-3-3”.

Former Roma coach Paulo Fonseca is seen as the leading candidate to take the reins of AC Milan, with the promise of plenty of new faces to come in the summer transfer window.
