Cody Rhodes had a big match on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, but it didn’t go the way he planned thanks to The Bloodline. Rhodes has since broken his silence on the matter after the show.

As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Cody Rhodes took on Drew McIntyre in a singles bout. It was a solid bout where both competitors gave it their all to pick up the win.

In an unexpected twist, Cody Rhodes faced interference from two members of The Rock and Roman Reigns’ Bloodline during the match’s conclusion. While Cody Rhodes attempted to finish off McIntyre, Jimmy Uso tried to distract him.

As officials dealt with Jimmy, Solo Sikoa, donned in a black hood, emerged on the other side and executed Samoan Spike on Cody Rhodes, reminiscent of the previous year’s WrestleMania, costing him the main event title match against Roman Reigns. The interference provided Drew McIntyre with the opportunity to deliver a powerful Claymore Kick, pinning Cody’s shoulders to the mat for the victory.

Furious at McIntyre for taking advantage, Cody Rhodes expressed his anger and nicknamed him “Drewso” on Twitter, suggesting a connection to The Bloodline and mimicking Jimmy Uso’s name.

”Drewso #WWERaw”

We will have to wait and see how WWE will continue to book Cody Rhodes as we head towards WrestleMania 40. With Drew McIntyre not done with Rhodes just yet, fans can expect more brutal action and promos between the two.
