Come Back? Former Champion Was Almost In Royal Rumble, Open To Future WWE Appearances

Could be? There have been all kinds of wrestlers throughout WWE’s history and some of them have made quite the impact during their time in the company. Those are the stars that WWE often attempts to bring back at some point after their in-ring careers are over. There are certain matches which often see stars return, and now another one is talking about doing just that.

Former WWE Superstar Celeste Bonin, formerly known as Kaitlyn during her time in the company, appeared on the A2theK Wrestling Show. Bonin revealed that she was backstage at a women’s Royal Rumble “a couple of years ago” and was considered for a spot in the match. However, it did not wind up happening for some reason, though Bonin said that she would be open to making such an appearance down the line if it was “cool and fun and made sense.” Bonin last wrestled for WWE in 2018 and has not wrestled anywhere since 2019.

Opinion: This is where the Royal Ruble can be quite the special moment as you can see some surprise names show up for the first time in a long while. Having the countdown go on and some familiar music play can make for a great surprise and Bonin would certainly fit that description. It would be great to see her come back and it seems WWE is at least slightly interested, which could be a rather fun moment.
