That can be a tricky situation, as you never know how something like that is going to work out. WWE knows who they want to push due to a variety of reasons, and now another star seems to be getting such a chance.

According to PWInsider.com, NXT’s Gable Steveson will be wrestling on “pretty much every” SmackDown going forward in dark matches, as WWE attempts to get him extra in-ring experience. Steveson has been signed to WWE since September 2021 and has only had one televised match, though he has wrestled multiple times on live events. It is not clear when he will wrestle on television again.
