Tottenham Hotspur are sweating on the availability of one key first-team player after he failed to train with the rest of the squad on Thursday.
According to a recent report from Football London, full-back Pedro Porro was absent from Spurs’ recent open training session, promoting speculation the Spaniard will miss Saturday’s Premier League game against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Porro, 24, has been enjoying an excellent campaign, both individually and collectively. The former Sporting Lisbon man has developed and improved massively under Ange Postecoglou and appears on course to be one of the club’s best players of the season.

However, given his importance, the full-back, who has played 25 games already this season, has been used in almost all of Spurs’ matches, and it could be that his workload has finally caught up with him.
Postecoglou will be addressing the media on Friday in his pre-match conference so expect clarification over Porro’s whereabouts then, but until then, fans will be keeping everything crossed their Spaniard is not out injured.
Fellow full-back Destiny Udogie was also missing from Thursday’s open training session. The Italian defender withdrew with around 10 minutes left to play during last weekend’s home game against Brighton and Hove Albion.
