A massive decision for Gareth Southgate, as Shaw hasn’t started a game for England since 13 months ago and hasn’t started a club match for five months.
With Yamal a left-footed winger who almost always comes inside, many pundits had pointed to how this could suit a right-footed defender at left-back such as Kieran Trippier. Interesting to see how Shaw copes with the 17 year old.
