The countdown to this year’s WrestleMania is in full swing. WrestleMania 41 takes place on the weekend of April 19 and 20. 52 (really 55) matches in the history of WrestleMania include women. Diva Dirt will countdown two matches daily to rank all 52 leading up to this year’s event.

NOTE: It is getting extremely hard to pick the rest of this list and rank them as there are really no “bad matches” left. I’m just throwing that out there!
26. WrestleMania 39
Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler def. Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez, Natalya & Shotzi, and Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville
This match was very much just thrown together to get eight women on the WrestleMania card. Plus, the most obvious team won when the crowd wanted anything but that team to win. With Shayna and Ronda recently joining together as a team, we figured they would go over in the match. Ronda barely did anything in the match as well. Any of the other three teams would have been better.
Disclaimer: When making this list, I accidentally overlooked three matches, both ironically mixed/intergender. I have already added two of them in as a “.5” just because we are already into the list and I also don’t want to omit them. Here’s the third and last.
25.5 WrestleMania 34
Ronda Rousey & Kurt Angle def. Stephanie McMahon & Triple H
This was a fun debut for Ronda. The energy and the hype were there for this as it was not only her first match at WrestleMania but her first match with WWE in general. Having her across from Stephanie was the perfect start and getting physical with Triple H was also a away for the crowd to get really into this match.
25. WrestleMania 36
Bayley (c) def. Sasha Banks, Lacey Evans, Naomi, and Tamina – SmackDown Women’s Title Elimination Match
Another match that lost some steam due to being in front of no crowd. Tamina being pinned first, although it was a fun spot, would have been great if she would have won. She could have had a short 90 day reign and it would have been a nice way to finally give her a singles title. Especially since we all know she should have defeated Beth Phoenix for the Divas Title :). The elimination order was Tamina, Naomi, Sasha Banks, and Lacey Evans.
Bayley retaining made sense if they weren’t going to pull the trigger on someone different.
