Craig Conover, Austen Kroll come to blows over fractured friendship in bombshell ‘Southern Charm’ trailer

Longtime best friends Craig Conover and Austen Kroll face off in the dramatic “Southern Charm” Season 10 trailer.

In the teaser released Monday, Conover and Kroll sit down for a one-on-one conversation to discuss their changing friendship.

“Our friendship will never look like it used to,” Conover candidly tells Kroll while sitting outside together.

Kroll appears frustrated by Conover’s remarks and quips, “I knew that’s how you were gonna take it.”

“You can either swim or leave,” Conover, 36, tells him, to which Kroll, 37, decides to do the latter and storms off.

The “Pillows and Beer” co-hosts continue to get into it and start screaming at each other during a group dinner together.

The Sewing Down South founder argues that their friendship is going to look different. Bravo Kroll eventually gets frustrated and storms out of Conover’s house. Bravo

“You are an embellisher!” Kroll shouts.

Conover then cheekily replies, “I’m a lawyer and a storyteller!”

It’s unclear exactly what the two are butting heads over, but Conover’s transition from letting loose in Charleston, S.C., to expanding his successful business, Sewing Down South, appear to play a role.

The two get into another intense altercation during a group dinner. Bravo Kroll calls Conover an “embellisher,” to which Conover screams that he’s a “lawyer and a storyteller.” Bravo

“If Craig’s seen with a beer in his hand, he thinks his whole business is going down,” Kroll tells their third pal, Shep Rose, during another conversation between the two of them.

Rose agrees with Kroll and says that Conover “cutting himself off from everybody is not a solution.”

Conover’s girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo, shares her candid thoughts and tells Conover, “Austen and Shep are, like, foaming at the mouth to say, ‘You’re changed because of me.'”

Kroll and Conover have been friends for years, but have had many ups and downs. However, fans began to worry if something more serious happened between the two of them when they stopped recording podcasts together in the spring.

Conover and Kroll aren’t the only pair struggling on the upcoming season.

Madison LeCroy and Jarrett “JT” Thomas also appear to butt heads this season after Conover tells LeCroy that Thomas called her a “bitch.”

“He will be the bitch when I’m done with him,” LeCroy quickly fires back.

The “Southern Charm” Season 10 cast includes Conover, Kroll, Shep Rose, Madison LeCroy, Venita Aspen, Leva Bonaparte, Taylor Ann Green, Rodrigo Reyes, Patricia Altschul, Whitney Sudler-Smith, Salley Carson, Molly O’Connell and Ryan Albert. Michelle Watt/Bravo LeCroy also butts heads with a few cast members. Bravo

Meanwhile, Rose reveals that he’s “in love” with former Miss Bahamas, Sienna Evans, but he faces criticism from his friends that he’s “delusional,” because “she’s not into him.”

Venita Aspen, Leva Bonaparte, Taylor Ann Green, Rodrigo Reyes, Patricia Altschul and Whitney Sudler-Smith also return to the Bravo franchise, while Salley Carson, Molly O’Connell and Ryan Albert join the season as newbies.

“Southern Charm” season 10 premieres on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. Episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
