Sure, Crumbl cookies have a lot of calories, but the company’s founder Sawyer Hemsley is proving that you can indulge in the sweet treats and still stay in shape. The 32-year-old entrepreneur started Crumbl with Jason McGowan seven years ago when he was in his senior year of college at Utah State University. Now, the brand has over 800 stores across the United States! Sawyer took to his Instagram account this week to share a shirtless selfie to show off his ripped body and share a motivating message about health and fitness. Keep reading to find out more… “This year, I’ve really pushed myself to figure out my fitness and what works for me in the kitchen — balancing workouts and a healthy lifestyle. It hasn’t been easy, and like a lot of people, I’ve had my own struggles with body image. But as I’ve learned to listen to my body and understand it, I’ve started seeing real progress. I’m feeling more confident, more at peace, and honestly, the best I’ve ever felt, both physically and mentally. There’s still more I want to achieve, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come!” Sawyer said. In his message, Sawyer confirmed that he DOES eat cookies from Crumbl “almost every day.” “P.S. For those trolls in my DMs — yes, I eat Crumbl almost every day! 🙌🏼 It’s all about balance, grit, and hard work. If you’re on your own fitness journey, know I’m cheering you on. You’ve got this!” he concluded. When someone wrote in the comments that he’s “obvs not eating” the cookies, Sawyer responded, “every week, babe!” Did you see what happened when someone started an unauthorized Crumbl pop-up in Australia last month?!
