D-Von Dudley would love to get an opportunity to come back and work for Triple H in the new WWE era.
WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley recently spoke to Simon Miller of WhatCulture. When discussing doing behind-the-scenes work with WWE in the past, Dudley noted that he has, but he would love to get an opportunity to do it under the new Triple H regime.
“Yes, but I haven’t done the Triple H era,” D-Von Dudley said. “I’ve been through the Vince era, but I would love to get a crack at maybe even possibly doing the Triple H era, so to speak. So, you never know. I had fun when I was there, even during the Vince era. At times it was extremely stressful, but we got through it and did what we had to do. But I never just got a chance to feel that new era.”
When asked if he thought there was an opportunity there, D-Von said that if one presented itself, he would listen to it and make a business decision.
“If an opportunity presents itself, then so be it,” D-Von Dudley said. “I mean, I’m not gonna sit here and not listen, and make a business decision. There was no beef on my part with WWE. I went on Twitter, and I announced that. I had fun with everybody that I worked with. Whether it was in the ring or outside the ring, had no issues with management or anything whatsoever. So it was just time to part ways and we did.”
