D-Von Dudley is trying his hand at business outside of wrestling with his own line of cigars.
The WWE Hall of Famer retired in 2016, but has come back for a handful of matches since. Most recently, he teamed Bully Ray and Elijah at IWC Superstar Showdown 5 in April 2024.
After his retirement in 2016, D-Von Dudley began working as a producer behind the scenes in the WWE. He left the company in 2023, and runs his own wrestling school near his home in Florida. However, he’s making the move into the cigar business. D-Von Dudley recently spoke with Rodolfo Roman, where he revealed that he is set to launch his own cigar line in the near future.
He added that he will be posting about it on social media soon, so keep your eyes peeled for an official announcement. D-Von also spoke about his wrestling training school, where he hopes to get talent ready to work in the WWE.
“I’ve been doing a lot of great things lately, working behind the scenes with the WWE, and I recently opened my own school in Winter Park, Florida, just three minutes from the WWE Performance Center. We’re right there, training new students and getting them ready for WWE.
“I’ve got my hands in a bit of everything. I’m also about to launch my own cigar line, which will be announced soon and posted all over social media. Like I said, I’ve got my hands in just about everything!”
He is not the only WWE legend who is looking at products away from wrestling. Hulk Hogan recently launched his own line of Real American Beer, which has been in hot water for alleged racist practises behind the scene.
Let’s hope that D-Von Dudley’s cigars don’t have the same issues.
