Dakota Kai dealt with her share of ups and downs in recent times. This included her unfortunate ACL injury last year but now the Damage CTRL member has provided a positive update regarding her in-ring return.

Dakota Kai, who has a history of injuries, underwent surgery to address an ACL injury suffered in May of last year while attempting to save Liv Morgan. Since then, she has been undergoing rehabilitation.

Despite her injury, Dakota Kai has made appearances on WWE programming alongside her Damage CTRL stablemates, which include IYO SKY, Kairi Sane, and Asuka. Bayley was part of the faction too but that has changed now.

While fans continue to speculate about her in-ring return, Dakota Kai provided some very positive news in that regard as she took to her Instagram and uploaded a video of herself wearing her ring gear for the first time in months, while also stating that it is comeback season. Kai also mentioned she hasn’t been cleared yet but will soon.

”Comeback szn⏳”

”(Not cleared yet.. soon 🫶🏽)”

Dakota Kai also clarified why she didn’t wear knee brace on RAW recently. We will have to wait and see when Kai will finally make her return to the squared circle, as Damage CTRL is essentially broken already.
