R-Truth recently discussed his integration into Judgment Day, a group he joined after defeating JD McDonagh on an episode of WWE Raw. Truth has aligned himself with Judgment Day, which consists of Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and Rhea Ripley.

During an appearance on Busted Open Radio, R-Truth shared his thoughts on working with Judgment Day and his eagerness to return to wrestling after being at home. He expressed his excitement when he was told he would be working with the group, and he was ready for any role they had in mind.

“I was happy. I was ready to get out of the house and go back to the sport that I love. When they said I was working with Judgment Day, I was like, ‘Let’s do it. What are we doing?’ They could have said I was working with anybody and I was ready. I will say this, Judgment Day, they all want me.”

When asked if there was a discussion or dispute regarding his inclusion in the group, R-Truth revealed that Damian Priest had advocated for him to be part of Judgment Day. Damian Priest believed that the partnership was working well and made a case to WWE management and writers to keep R-Truth around.

“Just the first promo. I will say Damian Priest, he was like, ‘Bro, we should keep you around. This thing is working.’ He actually went to, I think it was Hunter [Triple H] and the writers. Damian Priest fought for it.”

In the upcoming episode of WWE Raw, R-Truth will team up with The Miz to face Judgment Day, consisting of Damian Priest and Finn Balor.
