Dan Lin Replacing Scott Stuber As Netflix Film Chief

Deadline has learned that producer Dan is taking over for Scott Stuber as Netflix’s Top Film Boss.

The replacement was rather quick as insiders at the streamer figured the process would take months. Sean Bailey’s name was floated, however, that former Disney Live-Action Motion Picture Production Boss didn’t take the job and there was word that former Universal and DreamWorks Chief Stacey Snider had a sitdown with Ted Sarandos.

Lin is already in business with Netflix as the EP of their new successful series, Avatar: The Last Airbender.
