When AEW first came into existence, wrestling fans had high hopes for the promotion. People were happy to see another company that is a competitor of WWE. Fans were praising Tony Khan for all his efforts. Recently, people have had a completely different opinion about the AEW CEO. It all began once Khan started ranting on Twitter talking trash about his rival company. Recently, former ROH Pure Champion Daniel Garcia shared his thoughts on Khan’s tweets.

Earlier this month, Khan took to Twitter to vent out his frustrations about WWE’s booking. He was upset with the fact that Jinder Mahal got a title opportunity and was appreciated by fans. While he got blasted for booking Hook versus Samoa Joe for the AEW World Title.

“A double standard: @730hook 28-1 career record, on winning streak calls out the Champ, a logical challenge sparks online outrage Jinder has literally lost every single match he’s in for the past year, immediately gets title shot, where is the rage,” Tony Khan tweeted.

Recently, Garcia was interviewed by Adrian Hernandez. During the interview, Daniel Garcia mentioned that since AEW is his company, Tony Khan can do and say whatever he wants.

“A lot of people don’t like what Tony says on Twitter, but it’s his company first and foremost, he can do whatever he wants. He’s the one putting the money behind this company, he’s paying all of our salaries, that’s on him. It’s great to know that you have somebody willing to put themselves out there and fight for his team. That’s what I love most about it. He says whatever he wants because he really believes in us and he knows we can back it up,” Daniel Garcia said. [H/T Fightful.com]
