Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit — and this time it’s from someone who was previously signed to his Bad Boy records label.

According to court docs obtained by Page Six, Danity Kane Singer Dawn Richard filed a suit against her former boss, accusing him of sexual assault, inhumane treatment and claiming that she witnessed him physically abuse his ex Casandra “Cassie” Ventura multiple times.

Richard — who was a participant on Combs’ MTV show, “Making The Band,” in 2004 — claims she was subjected to verbal abuse by the rapper, who allegedly called her “fat,” “ugly,” “bitches” and “hoes.”

In 2005, the “Showstopper” singer, 41, alleged she saw Combs’ ex Kim Porter leaving the studio crying with apparent bruises all over her face.

Four years later, Richard claims she saw the Revolt TV founder, who was allegedly “high on drugs” at the time, throw Ventura against a wall, choke her and drag her up a flight of stairs in his Los Angeles home.

The “Ride For You” singer also alleges she saw Combs, 54, throw a “scalding” pan of eggs on the “Me & U” singer, 38, while yelling, “I’ve been asking you for my s–t; I can’t stand you bitch, you never do it right!”

Richard claims in the suit that Combs forced her to rehearse for 48 hours without sleep, causing her to lose a substantial amount of weight, become dehydrated and develop rashes on her body. dawnrichard/Instagram Richard alleges she saw the Revolt TV founder, who was allegedly “high on drugs” at the time, throw his ex Casandra “Cassie” Ventura against a wall, choke her and drag her up a flight of stairs in his LA home. Richard also claims she saw the dad of seven punch Ventura in the face and attempt to strangle her with his bare hands inside his LA mansion.

When Richard said she and her Dirty Money bandmate Kalenna Harper tried to support Ventura and urge her to leave Combs, he allegedly threatened them, saying: “Y’all bitches don’t get in my relationship,” “Just make money and shut the f–k up” and “You bitches want to die today?”

“Mr. Combs frequently smacked Ms. Richard’s bare buttocks and often commented on her body, noting that although she was ‘too skinny,’ she had an ‘ass,'” the lawsuit reads.

Richard also claims she witnessed Combs “and several other males gang-banging” his former female assistant at the hotel pool in Glasglow.

Page Six has reached out to Combs’ rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
