James Tarkowski's appearance in a new reality TV show has left Danny Murphy joking he would get sacked if he offered up his true feelings.

And a video of Tarkowski's flirting technique from the show has gone viral, with the 31-year-old gushing over his 'gorgeous' wife - much to the shock of his better half.
The clip was mentioned by talkSPORT commentator Sam Matterface on Monday night during the Toffees' 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace at Goodison Park.
As Tarkowski's brought the ball up the pitch, he said: "Here is Tarkowski, bringing the ball up towards [the] halfway [line].
"His major role by the way in the trailer that I've seen so far for that reality TV show is his ability to flirt."
Offering up a dry reaction, Liverpool icon Murphy then remarked: "I really don't want to start commenting on that, I might lose my radio platform."
He continued: "On a serious note with that, I am a big believer of when you are a footballer, you should very rarely drift from that focus of what you do.
"And dabbling in other things takes your focus away.

Having the final say, Matterface concluded: "Well, Tarkowski will argue that he's allowed to have outside interest."
