AEW star Darby Allin is focused on preparing to climb Mount Everest, but he also wants to go tp space.
Speaking with Shirleigh for Fightful ahead of AEW All In, Darby Allin was asked to comment on what he wanted to cross off his bucket list.
“[Mount] Everest is the top right now. I really need to focus on that, 100%.,” Darby Allin said. “[The training] is good, it’s just literally getting used to the hard wear on my feet. It hasn’t slowed me down in the ring. I had to climb so many mountains for training. I did so much mountains that are like 20,000-feet mountains. So I did a lot of training for that, but I wouldn’t consider myself a mountaineer who wants to do it. I kind of just want to go for the throat and go for the big one.”
Allin was then asked whether there was anything else he wanted to do, and he said that he’d like to go to space.
“I’d like to go to space,” Darby Allin said. “That’d be fun. That’d be really sick. I think it’d just be super fun, I don’t know. Growing up and being told that you’re gonna live the bare minimum life and you’re gonna work a minimum wage job and you start believing that your whole life, and then you finally actually understand that if you stick to your guns, anything’s possible. So now I’m just trying to go overboard with it.”
