Darby Allin is known for doing eye-opening stunts, both in wrestling matches and in his free time. He memorably went through a glass pane at AEW Revolution. Heading into the July 24th episode of AEW Dynamite, many fans are curious to see what Allin will do when he competes in his first cage match.
Speaking with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Darby Allin teased his plans for the Blood & Guts match, where he and the rest of Team AEW will face The Elite.

“This is really important to me. I want to be the face of this company. I want to be the spokesperson for this place. Look what AEW has allowed me to do inside the ring, and the freedom I get outside the ring. That’s why I’ve been able to be authentic and real to myself.”
Allin also vowed to remind people what AEW is all about, as he stated that it was time for everyone to remember how amazing the company is.
“I’m going to remind people what this company is all about and how amazing it is,” Darby Allin said. “It’s time to stop and smell the roses.”
