WWE is the global juggernaut in the world of professional wrestling and there are fans from all fields and professions, including even darts. That’s why it’s no surprise that 17-year-old darts prodigy Luke Littler took a special trip to WWE Headquarters today ahead of the upcoming US Darts Masters.
Littler, a major WWE fan since his childhood, attributed his choice of walk-on music, Pitbull’s “Greenlight,” to his unforgettable experience attending WrestleMania 33 at the age of 10.
Sharing his enthusiasm on Twitter, Luke Littler posted two snapshots from his visit to WWE’s new Headquarters, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to be there.
”My walk on music is all thanks to wrestlemania 33 so there was one place I wanted to go while I was out here…🤩 thanks for having us @WWE !🙏🏻”
Despite WWE extending an invitation for him to attend a show in London during their UK tour in April, Littler had to decline due to a scheduling conflict with the European Darts Grand Prix in Germany.
Currently in the US for the US Darts Masters tournament at The Theater at Madison Square Garden, Littler is riding high after clinching the Premier League title, his first major PDC title a mere five months after turning professional. We’ll have to see if he ever has time to join a WWE event somewhere down the line.
