Dave Grohl was not in a chatty mood when he and his wife, Jordyn Blum, attended Wimbledon in London in early July.
After the Foo Fighters frontman revealed earlier this week that he had recently fathered a child outside of his marriage, the longtime couple’s last public outing together drew attention — and Grohl’s dismissiveness toward a reporter at the tennis tournament has gone viral.
“Dave, can I just quickly get your prediction for Wimbledon winner, please?” a BBC Sports journalist asked the rocker, 55, outside the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club on July 2.

The musician seemingly heard the question the second time but still responded, “What?”
The uncomfortable sounding reporter then let out a laugh before pivoting to more specific inquiries.
“Who’s gonna win? How about the men’s?” the journalist asked, to which Grohl said, “No clue.”

“Dave has been acting slightly pissy recently,” one observer commented beneath a TikTok of the “awkward” interview.
“He looks so out of his comfort zone 😂,” someone else pointed out, as another remarked, “Ok Dave you’re meant to be more polite than that don’t ruin my love for you 😂.”

Once inside the event, Grohl and Blum, 48, appeared to be in good spirits; however, they did not engage in any PDA.
It’s unclear when his fourth child was conceived or born; he and the former model-turned-MTV producer — who wed in August 2003 — share daughters Violet Maye, 18, Harper Willow, 15, and Ophelia Saint, 10.

“I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”
Grohl — who did not disclose his mistress’ identity — concluded his message by saying that he and his family are “grateful” for the public’s “consideration toward all the children involved” as they “move forward together.”
Blum has yet to address the matter publicly.
