Decay can’t wait to get some new humans to play with in the TNA Knockouts division.
Rosemary and Havok recently spoke with WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard about the influx of new talent in TNA. Xia Brookside and Ash by Elegance are two of the newest Knockouts to join the fray, and Decay sees it as a good opportunity for everyone involved.
Havok: “The thought of new shiny toys for Decay to play with and potentially break, it just sounds so fun. And those two, they will only add to our division. I feel like our women’s division right now as a whole is very impressive. So it’s nice when we get new humans to play with in the division.”
Very intriguing
Rosemary: “With Xia, we faced her several years ago now in England before she was signed to NXT UK. It’s exciting for us to know the amount of development that she’s gone through, to know that she is so much more of the competitor and the performer now than she was when we faced her the first time. That’s very exciting because she was already good. That’s something we want to test ourselves against — to see exactly where she’s at and how much stronger we’ve gotten.
“With Ash… Ash is intriguing, isn’t she? We’re not entirely sure what she’s all about, but she caught our attention off the get-go. And that’s because she’s hiding something. She’s not showing her full hand right off of the starting line. That is intriguing. That’s not something you see very often. Everyone comes in and goes, ‘This is who we are, and we want this. We’re a very strong human and we want your best.’ She’s not showing everything, she’s being mysterious. She’s being elusive, and we want to know more.”
Decay lost the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship back to MK Ultra at TNA No Surrender. It will be interesting to see if they cross paths with Ash or Xia on their way back to the titles, or if they will end up meeting in singles action.
