Demi Lovato doesn’t want getting married to feel like “work.”

The 32-year-old pop star — who uses they/them pronouns — is planning to marry fiancé Jordan “Jutes” Lutes next year and revealed wedding planning got underway just weeks after the proposal in December 2023 in order to minimize the stress of the big day.

During an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” Thursday, Lovato explained, “We have been planning the wedding for quite some time now. We got engaged in December, and met with a wedding planner, like, a month later. … [I] wanted to be ahead of it.”
