An announcement from the club nine days ago, confirmed that there were now eight Newcastle United TV matches coming up.
The latest Premier League rounds of matches released, including some for NUFC.
Now an official announcement (see below) from the club on Wednesday has given us the final details of the eighth of the eight.
We knew that Newcastle v Forest had been moved to Sunday 23 February but it was time to be confirmed, now today the club have said it will be a 2pm kick-off, live on Sky Sports.
Official club announcement on Newcastle United TV matches – 18 December 2024:
‘A kick-off time has been confirmed for Newcastle United’s Premier League game against Nottingham Forest in February.
Earlier this month, it was announced that the visit of Forest would now take place on Sunday, 23rd February at St. James’ Park, instead of Saturday, 22nd February as initially scheduled.
That game will now kick-off at 2pm GMT, and will be shown live on Sky Sports.
Any further alterations to United’s fixture list will be confirmed in due course.’
