BRS leaders in Maheshwaram and Rajendranagar allegedly campaigned for BJP, favoring them over Congress. Some BRS leaders were reportedly unhappy with MP Ranjith Reddy and MLA Prakash Goud, diverting votes out of resentment.

Videos circulating on social media show BRS leaders asking supporters to vote for the saffron party. Reports indicate that BRS voters in Jalpally municipality are divided between Congress and BJP, with similar situations in other areas like Mailardevpally.

Local MLA T Prakash Goud is said to have adopted a similar strategy in Rajendranagar, with many voters favoring BJP over BRS. The division of BRS votes between Congress and BJP is evident in various parts of the constituency.
